Rihanna Ear Tattoos

Ear tattoos are surprisingly common among celebrities, including our very own Rihanna and actress Miley Cyrus, who recently had the word “LOVE” tattooed inside the upper part of her right ear. Rihanna must be a fan of stars, because Rihanna’s ear tattoo isn’t the only star tat the singer has on her body. A year after Rihanna’s ear tattoo was inked, the Rihanna also had a string of stars tattoo added on her neck which extends down her back onto her right shoulder blade. Rihanna has turned inking up her body into a true art form; Rihanna’s tattoos represent a sort of fashion and style the star has developed for herself. Rihanna’s ear tattoo is simple and discrete and matches the style of the rest of Rihanna’s body tattoos: classy.

Small Star Inside Rihhanna’s Ear

Rihanna’s only ear tattoo to date is a small outline of a star inked on the inside of the upper part of Rihanna’s ear. Rihanna’s star tattoo is the smallest and most discrete of all Rihanna’s tattoos, barely visible inside the R&B singer’s left ear. Critics of the Barbadian beauty have called Rihanna’s star tattoo prison-style, although Rihanna says it simply represents the friendship she shares with her best friend from Barbados. Friends of the superstar say that Rihanna’s ear tattoo was spontaneous; that she stopped by a tattoo parlor in the Village in New York City and asked for the small star tattoo.

Pisces Tattoo Behind Rihanna’s Ear

The small Pisces sign tattoo behind Rihanna’s right ear isn’t exactly an ear tattoo, infact we count it as one of Rihanna’s neck tattoos, but some people may consider it to be close enough.  The little black and white astrological sign tat is really on her neck, tucked tightly behind her ear as to not be shown often.  It probably hurt just as bad as an ear tattoo, as that part of the body is lies over the base of the skull.  Probably like getting a tattoo right on the bone, ouch!  But hey, it looks pretty sweet!  Its pretty hard to see this star tattoo sometimes, check out more Rihanna tattoo pics to get a better look.
